Brooke is an expert in Clinical and Organisational Human Factors. She has a robust background in healthcare and has led culture reform in large organisations. 
Brooke's specialty lies in enhancing workplace efficiency and safety through innovative human factors strategies and solutions, applied across various sectors. 
Brooke provides expert level services in psychosocial risk mitigation and prevention. 

Brooke's qualifications include a Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours) and a Master of Science in Human Factors & Organisational Behaviour. Brooke also holds various micro credentials in SMART Work Design, IHI Certificate in Quality and Safety in Healthcare and Healthcare Redesign. 

Brooke is also a Certified Human Factors and Ergonomics Professional (HFESA).

Donna Duffy

Cognitive Specialist

Donna is a distinguished expert in Human Factors for Autonomous Systems. She has achieved significant recognition in industry, including multiple awards for innovative contributions. With extensive experience in assessing and improving situational awareness and cognitive load through system design, her expertise has advanced human factors methodologies. 
Donna's leadership and vision drive our efforts to develop and apply advanced strategies that enhance system safety and performance. 

Donna's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), (Post Graduate Diploma) and Graduate Certificate in Human Factors. Donna is currently undertaking her PhD, focusing on 'Exploring Human-Robot Interactions as a Collaborative Model for One-to-Many Team in Aerospace Environments'. 

Donna is a Certified Human Factors and Ergonomics Professional (HFESA).
